Judge Victoria Brennan initially served with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office from 1989 to 2003. She rejoined the SAO in 2018.
Judge Victoria Brennan has demonstrated a commitment and desire to be of service to the local community throughout her career.
A former Circuit Court Judge, Victoria Brennan continues to support a number of local nonprofit organizations, including the Wayside House, Inc. addiction recovery program in Delray, Florida. Providing the Opportunity to Achieve Successful Recoveries Judge Victoria Brennan (Ret.) currently sits on the Board of Directors of Wayside House, an innovative and historic addiction recovery program first established in 1974. Built for women, by women, Wayside House looks to empower women struggling with addiction with the wide range of therapies and holistic services needed to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health—and to prepare for lives of long-term sobriety.
